Interactive Science Kits & Stem Days still happening

24 November 2020

We are delighted to be supporting primary school pupils with amazing opportunities in STEM (Science Technology Engineering & Maths) with special days at School.

During November and December despite the lockdown restrictions the amazing RAF inspired Glider Programme – with interactive kits and two way video teaching – are being enjoyed by 9 and 10 year olds across the South East. These one day inspirational days are delivered by The Smallpeice Trust who teach the science in short sections with time between for the young people to make each part of the glider project and display what they have done by video links before moving on the next learning area.

Technology is helping ensure young people are staying interested in STEM and not falling behind.
